Designed for mums with children of any age, open to all levels of fitness and experience. Face to face 60 minute gym based classes over 6 weeks, 2 sessions per week. 3 x post natal pilates 4 x strength 4 x sweat MamaFitNI specialised post partum core and pelvic floor rehabilitation programme included, diastasis recti supportive exercise Nutrition cascade - post partum specific including recommendations for breast feeding mums with recipe inspiration and diet support throughout if requested Homework-outs Workouts can be made available for catch up of missed classes Small group sessions in a spacious environment Babies/kids of any age welcome along - equally you can come alone! Meet other local mums Have fun and beneficial time out to work on YOU Access to a whats app group throughout the 6 weeks and private Facebook group for continued support and encouragement, meal and snack inspo, to share parenting advice or just have a rant in a safe space! Improve fitness, strength, lose a few pounds if that's your goal Exercise with the confidence you're doing it safely and correctly for your postpartum body Option for weight/photos/measurements weeks 1 and 6 if you wish to track progress Check for diastasis recti if requested (tummy muscle separation) CLASS SCHEDULE *BOTH Mondays + Wednesdays 10:45 - 11:45 starting Monday 6th January 2025 and concluding Wednesday 112th February *Non refundable or transferable once booked. *Payable upfront via the leisureplex reception on day 1 *Places are limited so please only book if you are 100% committed or contact me directly if you are unable to take up a space you have booked PAYMENT The cost of this program is subsidised by the Lisburn Castlereagh city council.
